You can book all your sessions at the same time or alternatively use them as you go.

When you purchase a session or group of sessions you have up to 1 year (12 months) from the time of purchase to utilize them.

If you are unable to attend a session, please provide us at least 48 hours notice by email to [email protected]

If we have the correct notice, we will make every effort to reschedule another call for you at a suitable time.

If we do not have 48 hour notice, and there are no extenuating circumstances, then you will have to pay that sessions fee in full.

We implement this policy as space is limited, and missed appointments affect our ability to support other people.
